It is a flexible fabric impregnated with a specially formulated cementitious mixture that hardens on hydration to form a thin, durable layer of waterproof and fireproof concrete.

The concrete blanket is made up of a three-dimensional matrix of fibers and a PVC sheet on the bottom surface, ensuring that the material is waterproof. The blanket can be hydrated either by spraying the surface with water or by submerging it in water.

  • Facility: It can be installed at a speed of 200 m2/hour, up to 10 times faster than conventional concrete solutions.
  • Endurance: The fabric has a tensile strength of up to 700 kN/m and can be used to provide structural support and erosion protection.
  • Durability: It is highly durable and resistant to harsh environmental conditions such as high humidity levels, UV exposure and extreme temperatures.
  • Versatility: It can be shaped and shaped to suit a wide range of applications and can be cut to size on site to suit specific project requirements.
  • Sustainability: It is a sustainable building material as it requires significantly less cement and water compared to traditional concrete applications.
  • Cost effectiveness: It is a cost-effective alternative to traditional concrete structures, since it can be installed quickly and with fewer resources.
  • Erosion control.
  • Slope protection.
  • Weed suppression.
  • Lining of dikes and canals.
  • Lining of gutters and sewers.
  • Pipe protection.
  • Remediation of existing concrete structures affected by environmental degradation and cracking.
